Do I need to buy new sensors if I upgrade?

No. Your existing sensors work across all plans. When you upgrade, the app unlocks new features for every sensor you already own.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — save 15% when you pay annually on any plan. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

What happens if a sensor stops working?

Green Thumb Pro and Household Unlimited plans include priority replacement alerts. On any plan, you can purchase a replacement sensor at cost.

Can I add more sensors to my plan later?

Absolutely. On the Plant Parent and Green Thumb Pro plans, additional sensors beyond the included count are $2.50/mo each. Household Unlimited includes unlimited sensors at $12 per unit.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term commitment required. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep using the sensors for basic moisture readings.

Do the sensors need Wi-Fi?

Sensors connect via Bluetooth to the app on your phone. Wi-Fi is not required for the sensors themselves, though the app needs an internet connection to sync data and send notifications.
